Zurig Febuxostat Tablets is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. It works by decreasing blood uric acid, which is the chemical that causes gout. It should be started at low doses and increase gradually. It is not recommended in the patients with the known history of allergy.

This medicine is not recommended in the patients with a known history of allergy to Zurig 80 MG Tablet.

The effect of this medicine lasts for an average duration of 15 to 24 hours.
